OVF Alliance is always looking to add coaches to our staff. We are continuously hiring soccer coaches to round out our staff for all age groups from U8-U19 year-round. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing club with a unique methodology, focused on developing players using a vertically aligned and integrated club model.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications

- USSF 'Grassroots' License & desire to obtain USSF 'D' License within next two years*
- Belief in holistic player development model & club-first focus

Preferred 

- Previous coaching experience
- High-level playing experience (collegiate or professional)

*Exemptions to initial licensing requirement made for coaches with high-level playing experience (collegiate or professional)

***Must be able to pass an OYSA background check and work legally in the United States.***
