Getting Started with Tournament Planning

Planning for a tournament starts early and should be done as a team. Begin by first coordinating with your team's coach and manager to confirm your team’s interest, availability, and appropriate level.

Once a team is ready to move forward with a tournament, the team's coach and manager will work with the OVF Alliance staff to set up the tournament payment portal, register the team for a tournament, and begin other planning items.

Be sure to review the full Tournament Information document for detailed guidance on timelines, communication, travel planning, and team expectations.

Tournament Payment Portal

Please do not complete payment for a tournament registration unless you have been invited to participate in an upcoming tournament.

This payment portal system has been designed to allow parents to submit payment for the upcoming tournaments your player is participating in. Please select the appropriate division based on your child’s age, tournament, and type of experience your team will be receiving. The system will then automatically calculate the correct fee and provide payment options (if applicable). Once you've made your selections, you'll be guided through a secure payment process.

If you need to complete this registration more than once, you should be able to do so by selecting a new division to register for.
