Blake Leamy, Director of Coaching
Blake has spent more than 30 years developing the soccer community - and its players - in Corvallis and the greater Willamette Valley. During that time Blake, who holds a USSF ‘B’ license, has worked with over 40 players in the region that have gone on to play at the NCAA Division 1 level, including six that have spent time with the youth national team, and coached more than 15 teams to OYSA State Cup Championships.
He has worked as a coaching instructor, State ODP Coach, and high school coach. He is currently the Crescent Valley High School Girls Soccer Coach, and has won the last two OSAA Coach of the Year awards while leading his Crescent Valley team to back-to-back state championships in 2018 and 2019.

Bryce Burton, Director of Operations
Bryce graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management and is working to apply that knowledge to lift the administrative efforts of the club. He has been playing soccer in the valley for 16 years at various clubs and with SAHS and has given his time and skills to help coach for 6 years. Working with the club since 2022, his administrative functions include registrations, field scheduling, inventory, field maintenance, website development and maintenance, and the all around point of contact for club support.

Sam Tweeton, Programs Coordinator
Sam accepted a full-time position with the club after working as a staff coach from 2018 - 2022. He has coached boys and girls of all age ranges within the club, ranging from U6’s to U19’s and will continue to coach multiple teams alongside his administrative work. Sam began his coaching career with TFA Willamette (Albany), assisted in the merger with Corvallis Soccer Club, and is proud to be a part of the team leading Oregon Valley Futbol Alliance. In addition to his work with OVF, Sam is the head coach of the South Albany High School boys soccer team.
Sam transitioned to coaching after nearly 20 years of playing experience. He grew up in Fort Collins, Colorado, playing club ball with Real Colorado. He played at Oregon State University, where he played from 2014 - 2017. Over his four year career, he accumulated 55 appearances, playing the full 90 minutes in 50 of those matches.

Victor Martinez, Technical Director

Victor is a California Bay Area native who has been coaching soccer for 28 years and has been successful developing players and teams throughout his career. A former California Youth Soccer Association License Instructor, he began his coaching career in 1996 and since then has coached USL, University and College players, and USDA, NPL, G, and MLS Next in a variety of youth age groups. Coach Martinez started playing in his youth at the age of 6 years old. He was part of San Jose Alum Rock Youth Soccer League grass roots before moving on to Ambranzino Select and Premier 1982, District II ODP 1987-88, and Evergreen Valley College 1993-94. While he began his coaching career, he also played for the Turlock Academicos 1996, USL 1997, and Amateur 2000-01. A lower back injury in 1997 prevented him from to his full ability and focused fully on coaching as he played his final years. Coach Martinez has a degree in Kinesiology, Physical Education, and Sports Management from San Jose State University. He hopes to transfer to Oregon State University to finish his master’s degree. His experiences as a student, coach, and instructor have been instrumental to his career. He’s passionate about helping players and leading a group of individuals to become a team to help them achieve their full potential, and to be the best version of themselves. Coach Martinez is bilingual in English and Spanish.
